Work-Life Balance
Are you a female sports administrator?
Do you find yourself constantly juggling sport, work and personal commitments?
The Centre & vicsport invite all female administrators to take part in a workshop and networking session. Share stories with and develop strategies to manage your work-life balance.
Managing our work, sport, study, home, relationship and other commitments often leaves us spending our time doing the things we find least rewarding, or not enough of the things we would rather be doing. This program will take the time to let you look at what is really important to you and then provide some tips on managing those things that must be done and integrating them with the things you would like to be doing.
We will look at your priorities, the must do and would like to be doing activities, the support systems you could put into place and practices you can follow to achieve YOUR work/life balance. And we will discover where you can get some help.
Date: Monday 27 June 2011
Time: 5pm - 7.30pm
Venue: The Centre
Chisholm St, Wangaratta
