Regional FAN - Ballarat
Does this sound familiar at your club or organisation?
- Personalities tend to clash and cause conflicts?
- You struggle to be heard or get caught up in the club politics?
- You find it hard to implement change with people who are ‘stuck in their ways
- Dominating ‘characters’ tend to drown out all other opinions
If you can relate to any of these situations, then help is ‘at hand’ – come along to the first regional Female Administrators Network (FAN) session for 2012 bought to you by Sports Central & vicsport.
Who: Female sporting club volunteers and administrators
Date: Wednesday 27 June
Time: 6pm - 9pm
