FAN #5 - Staff & Volunteer Management
On Wednesday 19 August, vicsport hosted a FAN session on Staff and Volunteer Management.
This session was held at the Darebin International Sport Centre, Thornbury.
Attendees were provided with information on how to recruit and retain staff and volunteers, develop their own management and leadership skills as well as good ways to interact with staff.
Following this session, all those attending were invited to spend an hour training with the Melbourne Victoria W-League players.
