Training for Teachers
vicsport offers a fantastic inclusion workshop for teachers and teachers aides on how to better include ALL students in PE and sport at their school. You can either attend an existing workshop or book a workshop for staff at your school. Detials below:

Great teachers modify to include all. But how exactly do they do this? This practical workshop, delivered in conjunction with Victoria University, will look at how to ensure that ALL students at your school are being fully included in all aspects of the physical education and sport programs. |
Beginning Coaching General Principles
The Beginning Coaching General Principles online course has been developed by the ASC to assist new coaches improve their basic coaching skills, in particular those coaches working with children. Coaches can complete the course in their own time from the comfort of their own home. The course is free of charge to Australian Coaches but please check with your preferred sport with regards to the accreditation requirements for that sport.
For Schools: Considerable interest has been shown by schools in using the ASC Beginning Coaching General Principles for year 9 or 10 Physical Education programs. Students can do this course online directly however some schools are keen to be considered an approved Agency to conduct the program both face to face and online. vicsport Education can assist you to undertake this process, contact Max Binnington 9926 1385 for further information. Cost to become and Agency is $120 to register the first year and $80 per year beyond that.
